K12 Sliding Gates require heavy-duty foundation works, reinforced track installation, and stable
power-control integration. Secure Gulf provides turnkey installation support including civil works,
gate mounting, electrical/hydraulic integration, commissioning, and operator training across the GCC.
Maintenance Checklist
- Monthly inspection of rollers, track, sensors & drive mechanism
- Lubrication of moving mechanical parts every 2–3 months
- Quarterly testing of PLC, safety systems & automation modules
